Talent Matchmaking & Recruiting
I’ve coached over 300 climate and social impact job seekers across the fields of technology, design, software development, business development, sales, product development, finance, program management, marketing, and communications. The people in my network are at various career levels, including early career/junior staff, mid-career, and senior level leaders.
I also have access to 5 massive talent pools within specific climate and social impact communities I am part of, and each of these communities has approximately 5,000-10,000+ candidates within each group.
As a climate recruiter and talent matchmaker for hire, I can source high caliber talent directly from my network and the communities I am part of to meet the hiring needs of your nonprofit, organization, government agency, or startup.
I charge an industry standard placement fee for any talent matchmaking projects, and am available for part-time recruiting or sourcing projects.

Terra.do Learning for Action
I was hired as an instructor for Terra.do’s LFA 12-week climate education program and was responsible for teach their curriculum to a group of 25 students around the world. I became the highest rated first-time instructor, which then led me to create a new 4-week program to accelerate career transitions into climate. I created the content, designed the program and resources within it, and delivered this program to a group of 30-50 fellows every month. My program maintained an NPS score of 70 or higher.
I am available for part-time, contract program management work.
The Opportunity Project, U.S. Census Bureau
I started as a Program Manager with The Opportunity Project (TOP), an accelerator program within the U.S. Census Bureau designed to help companies, non-profits, and universities turn federal open data into new technologies that solve real-world problems for people across the country. After managing the program for two years I was promoted to Deputy Director of the program, and was responsible for leading the program through the transition to remote work during the pandemic. While facilitating the program, I was also responsible for creating events, bringing in partnerships, and finding speakers for our annual TOP Innovation Summit, which took place virtually and online to highlight the technology that was built through the program.
